Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be scheduled via phone at (727) 372-5555. We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to secure a date and time you find most convenient.
We completely understand if you need to cancel an appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in an inability to re-book future appointments.
Children in the Salon
We love children and they are always welcome at the Salon and their safety is our primary concern. As a result, we ask that all children wait in the reception area with adult supervision. This also provides respect to other salon guests by not compromising their ability to relax during their appointment.
Pets and Service Animals
Due to State of Florida codes and regulations, no animals of any kind are allowed in the salon (even if contained in a pet carrier). However, service animals are always welcome.
When engaging in any of our services, please inform staff of any medical conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, extreme skin sensitivities, allergies and any medications.
Protective Clothing Recommendation
Robes are provided for our guests to change into for all chemical treatments. Please be advised that Cabelo Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
We want you too be thrilled with all of the services you receive at Cabelo Salon. All services are guaranteed and your satisfaction is our highest priority. In the event you are not satisfied, we would like the opportunity to exceed your expectations and offer a complimentary adjustment. Please contact the salon within 14 days of the original appointment to schedule an adjustment.
Please note that the service guarantee does not apply if the guest changes the look agreed upon during the consultation at the previous visit.

Cabelo Salon accepts cash, check and Cabelo Salon gift cards for all products and services
Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 service charge plus payment of the original amount of the check before any further appointments are booked. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Cabelo salon is responsible for gift certificates or gift cards purchased for any independent contractor.
